01 - Product Warranty
1.1 Terms and conditions:
Warranty terms for products sold by Quadrinautica vary by product segment and manufacturer, and this information is available in the announcement on our website and / or the manufacturer's manuals, warranty terms, packaging or documentation accompanying the product.
We work with own brand products, and various brands, manufacturers and distributors, national and international. Therefore, some products have a store warranty and others have a direct manufacturer warranty.
In cases where the warranty is offered directly by the manufacturer, its term and form of use are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, according to the advertisement and the warranty statement accompanying the product.
1.2 Warranty trigger:
When a warranty claim is required, the first step is to contact one of our customer service channels for case analysis, then provide guidance on the type of warranty available for the product concerned and the necessary procedures. .

02. Exchange or return of product upon receipt
The product has a manufacturing defect;
The product is in disagreement with the order, in perfect condition;
Did not feel satisfied with the product.
The customer may request through our service channels the return or exchange of the product, but the information below should be considered by the customer and are of utmost importance:
2.1 Return on purchase regret:
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, refunds will be accepted upon repentance for the purchase of defective products within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. The wish to cancel the purchase must be notified as soon as possible (within the seven days mentioned above), following the following rules:
- The product may not show any signs of use and tampered seals;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its original accessories and manuals;
- The product must be returned accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice and a signed and completed Return Declaration. This Returns Statement is sent to the customer via e-mail after the return of the product has been authorized. In case of product return by Legal Entity, the company shall issue a Return Invoice with the appropriate taxes posted. For clarification on the issuance of the Return Invoice, consult the TROCAS department.
We emphasize that failure to comply with the above conditions may result in refusal of the returned product and the automatic return of the product to its original address (charge of the return shipping charge of the customer).
03 - Refunds
After authorization of the return, shipment of the product, physical entry of the product and analysis of the conditions of the same in our stock or in the stock of our distributors, the customer is refunded in the value of the product within seven (7) days.
Goods shipped freight collect will not be accepted upon our receipt of goods without prior authorization.
