Sales policy
Our Sales Policy was prepared in full in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078 of September 11, 1990), aiming to follow the legal rules of relationship between company and consumers. We undertake to handle all occurrences in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code and Brazilian law.
It is important for us to be notified through our customer service channels if there are any problems or occurrences in the pre-sales or after-sales process so that we can analyze the situation and address it to the best of our ability.

01 - Payment Processing
You declare and acknowledge that payment processing depends on compliance with certain procedures, such as risk analysis and bank clearing, depending on the means used. As a rule, payments by credit card or cash to a Paid Market and Secure Pag account are processed faster than payments made by bank slip. In this sense, Quadrinautica cannot be responsible for any breaches of offer made when payment processing occurs after the inventory of the advertised product has been exhausted. Therefore, in case of withdrawal by the Buyer User, the amount will be reversed as soon as possible.
02 - Discount Policy
Quadrinautica offers our reseller partners a wholesale pricing and distributor policy. Contact us through our media to register your distributor / dealer and get to know our discount table.
03 - Delivery Procedure
The posting deadline is usually within 1 business day of confirming your order payment (24 hours), provided payment confirmation occurs within our business hours.
This period can be extended by up to 3 business days, in situations of instability in tax and logistics systems, large flow of orders caused by promotions, or due to delays caused by third parties (carriers, online platforms, suppliers, etc.). Even in these situations, we always strive to post your product as quickly as possible.
Orders that are confirmed for payment outside of business hours will be posted within the next business day. That is, if you make a purchase on Friday and your payment is confirmed only after 6 pm, the posting deadline will start from next Monday.
Differences between POST and DELIVERY terms:
POSTING Deadline, Period between the purchase until the order is sent to the Post Office.
DELIVERY Time: Period between the receipt of the order by the Post Office until the shipment to the customer.
DELIVERY DEADLINES vary according to the destination address and the chosen shipping method (Ex .: PAC, SEDEX, etc.).
DELIVERY terms announced on the website are approximate forecasts according to information provided by the carrier, which may vary more or less. We are not responsible for any delays caused by logistical failures or eventualities in the transfer, which occurred after the order was posted.
04 - Operating Hours
Our hours of operation are from 08:30 to 12:00, and from 13:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and from 08:30 to 12:00 on Saturdays (except on municipal, state or national holidays).
