Product exchange or return upon receipt:
- The product has a manufacturing defect;
- The product is in disagreement with the order, in perfect condition;
- You were not satisfied with the product.
- The customer may request through our service channels the return or exchange of the product, but the information below should be considered by the customer and are of utmost importance:- Return on purchase regret:
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, refunds will be accepted upon repentance for the purchase of defective products within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. The wish to cancel the purchase must be communicated as soon as possible (within the seven days mentioned above), following the following rules:
- The product may not show any signs of use and tampered seals;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its original accessories and manuals;
- The product must be returned accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice and a signed and completed Return Declaration. This Returns Statement is sent to the customer via e-mail after the return of the product has been authorized. In case of product return by Legal Entity, the company must issue a Return Invoice with the appropriate taxes posted. For clarification on the issuance of the Return Invoice, consult the TROCAS department.- Delivery Procedure:
Posting is usually within 1 business day of confirming your order payment (24 hours), provided payment confirmation is within our business hours.
This period can be extended by up to 3 business days, in situations of instability in tax and logistics systems, large flow of orders caused by promotions, or due to delays caused by third parties (carriers, online platforms, suppliers, etc.). Even in these situations, we always strive to post your product as quickly as possible.
Orders that are confirmed for payment outside of business hours will be posted within the next business day. That is, if you make a purchase on Friday and your payment is confirmed only after 6 pm, the posting deadline will start from next Monday.
Differences between POST and DELIVERY terms:
POSTING Deadline, Period between the purchase until the order is sent to the Post Office.
DELIVERY Deadline: Period between the receipt of the order by the Post Office until shipping to the customer.
DELIVERY lead times vary according to the destination address and the chosen shipping method (Ex .: PAC, SEDEX, etc.).
DELIVERY terms announced on the website are approximate forecasts according to information provided by the carrier, which may vary more or less. We are not responsible for any delays caused by logistical failures or eventualities in the transfer, which occurred after the order was posted.
